Role: Architect
An existing four bedroomed detached property in Skidby with a large uPVC conservatory to the rear elevation, the client wanted to remove the existing conservatory, break through walls and form a large open plan kitchen/Dining Room and Sun Room.
The work necessitated the removal of a large amount of the existing rear external wall, the installation of supporting steelwork and the construction of a new Sun Room with sliding/folding Oak screens. A steel beam was inserted in place of an internal wall to support the first floor.
